We've been staying here since before Katrina, including several times since. We think it a very good value--very comfortable, friendly, anything located in the Quarter means you can walk to anything else, it's quite at night, and the inclusion of complimentary secured parking alone is worth a lot, as you will know if you've ever wasted time and money getting into a parking lot or garage.

All I can say is....WOW! We stayed at Le Richelieu for our first trip to New Orleans. What a place! The staff was great. Becky at the front desk booked all of our tours for us. We were lucky enough to have met the owner and had a very nice conversation with him. The pride he has in his establishment and his "family" is well deserved. We could walk to just about anything we wanted to do. The rooms were nice and quiet. Can't say enough about this hotel. We won't stay any other place on our return trips, (as I am sure there will be many)!

Niece booked this online. Wonderful place to stay. Clean, quiet, roomy, safe and....friendliest staff!!! Within walking distance of festivities, food, and tourist attractions. Absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Wish we could have stayed longer! Will return and suggest to friends.

Have stayed at the Richelieu multiple times. As a family unit and with larger parties for special occasions. It's the only hotel we consider in New Orleans. The accomodations are spectacular, the location perfection and the staff is beyond compare. The next time we visit New Orleans...the Richelieu will be our home again.

I've been visiting New Orleans on a regular basis since 2003...apart from the Katrina year I've always stayed at Le Richelieu, and I look forward to another visit next week. It is a comfortable place, thoroughly well maintained, close enough to the attractions of the Quarter but distant enough from the noise. Free parking, a lovely pool, fine service, and a great location.

Looking forward to our anniversary stay from July 25-30th. I've never stayed there but from what I've read, it sounds ver nice. I'll let you know how our stay went after we return.

Just back from a great anniversary weekend in New Orleans. We stayed at the LeRichelieu on our Honey Moon 6 Years ago and decided to stay there again for our 6th Anniversary. Once again we received TOP NOTCH service from the entire staff. Everytime a staff member would see us they would tell us Happy Anniversary. We will definitely be returning to our FAVORITE hotel next year.

We just spent our anniversary weekend in N.O. and stayed with you. We did our honeymoon 6yrs ago there too and stayed with you then as well. You are a wonderful place to stay. Far enough off Bourbon St. to be quiet and not crowded, but just a short walk to all the action when wanted. We LOVED the room. The maid staff did a great job of keeping the rooms clean. The entire staff was wonderful and helpful. We will keep coming back in years to come to celebrate our anniversary.

Just returned from a 3 night stay. Had a lovely time and really enjoyed the hotel. It was so quiet! We were never disturbed by outside noise or hall noise. we would definitely return.
