We just had the most wonderful trip to New Orleans made special by the staff, service, and accomodations at Le Richelieu. We have recommended the Hotel to family, friends, EBAY contacts that we met at the EBAY Live! convention. Even though we had a couple of glitches (like waiting for the Streetcar, and having him hit one of the stanchions and break the door off, and it flew across and landed at my husband's feet after he and I scrambled in different directions);we had a great place to come back to and recharge batteries. We were hesitant to eat in the restaurant, due to past experiences with hotel restaurant food, but decided one morning that it was going to take too long to go find a restaurant, and went down there, and were VERY pleasantly surprised. We ended up eating breakfast there the next morning, and lunch the next afternoon. Service was terrific. We had 3 different waiters, and they REALLY knew their business. We will definately be back, and we are trying to go ahead and plan our next trip.
