January 4, 2008 This was our first visit to Le Richelieu in the French Quarter. We were so impressed by the courteous staff and clean rooms. The location was so very convenient and we felt very safe. The most incredible thing to me was the excellent service I received after returning home from our visit. I discovered that I was missing a piece of my luggage that contained several pairs of shoes. I contacted the Hotel and was told they would check with housekeeping. Within 2 hours I received a call back indicating they had located my luggage and would mail to me that day. I received the package in two days! Now that is true SERVICE! We look forward to our next visit. Jenny & Clyde
