We couldn't be happier with Le Rich, as we affectionately call the hotel. This is our second trip to Le Richelieu. We gave up 2 free weekend nights at a Marriott facility to stay here, because of our first experience last year. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The best value in the quarter. We felt totally safe. Everything was spotless and maintenance was excellent. I've never been pampered or treated more fairly anywhere. We will never stay anywhere else in New Orleans. Thanks to the owner for getting this right!
