Stayed here in Nov/12 for three nights. Looooooved it. Beautiful hotel with great ambiance. Friendly staff. As soon as our flights are confirmed we will be booking 4 nights in April/14. We are taking a cruise that originates in new Orleans and could not think of any other hotel we would rather start our vacation in. We have told our friends that if they go to New Orleans this is the place to stay.

My mom and I just spent a long weekend in New Orleans and where we stayed, Le Richelieu Rm 301, was the highlight of our visit!!! What a fantastic hotel!! I come to New Orleans every year and this is going to be the only place I will stay at going forward. Not one single thing to complain about! And Brian makes the best Bloody Mary I've ever had! Thank you for a great experience! I will be back!!

This was our first trip to the Big Easy. I had asked around to several friends about where to stay, all giving me different places, but I came across Le Richelieu and read nothing but positive comments. One big this for us was the secured parking area. We left our car there the entire stay and didn't worry about it once. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable with a view overlooking the pool. All of the staff were so helpful and nice. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family and will stay here again when we return!

We stayed here for our honeymoon in 1986 and hope to come back on our next anniversary.. this place brings back beautiful memories and the owner was a lovely man - very trusting and generous and made us feel very special. The memories of the pool is still my 'happy place' in my mind when I'm stressed but best of all is the location in the French quarter.. can't wait to return :)

First time at hotel, loved it. Easy access to quarter, within walking distance to museums, trolley, food, French market and numerous shopping establishments. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and quaint. Just what I expected from a boutique hotel. My family had a great time and so did I. Will visit again.
