This past weekend I had the pleasure of staying at Le Richelieu. My large room on the 4th floor was clean and extremely quiet. It allowed me to get a great night's sleep while on a short business trip. The hotel's location is also very nice: out of the crowded area of the French Quarter, yet still within walking distance to the major sights. However, the best part of my stay was the excellent service I received from the lovely young lady at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn't get her name). Her smile definitely made the stay more enjoyable! I will certainly recommend this hotel to others...

We were married in the court yard on 11-15-03. The staff at the hotel helped make this the most wonderful trip we have ever made to New Orleans. We have visited the city at least once a year for eight years and this was by far the best. Tamra helped us in so many ways and we really appreciate her. Our suite was fantastic!!! The judge, performed a perfect ceremony!!! This is just a wonderful hotel. We hope to get back very soon. Thanks again, Gayle and David.

To our honored guests who emailed their comments to us between September - November, 2003: We haven't erased your comments, which we appreciated and shared with our staff! What has happened is that we've switched webmasters, and in the process, your comments were lost, and, so far, we have not been able to retrieve them. So, if you have the time and would like to re-submit them, please feel free to do so on our new Guest Book form. Many thanks, and come back soon! The Krewe of LeRichelieu.

Where do I start? In as many hotels as we have stayed, we've never had as enjoyable a stay as we had at the Le Richelieu. We spent our first visit to New Orleans with you and will definately be back. The room (newly redecorated) was a dream. The ladies at the desk were fantastic ... always cheerful .. eager to help with information or anything we needed. Please don't change a thing!! Le Richelieu will be our first suggestion for friends visiting New Orleans and will be our home away from home when we come back. THANK YOU!!!

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of spending a week at the Le Richelieu in September of 2000. It was amazing. The managers and staff were wonderfully helpful. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect; Walking distance to anywhere. The rooms were comfortable enough to lounge about in reading on the days we wanted to stay in and open the french doors to the balcony and listen to it rain or, at night, hear the rare clip-clopping of hooves as a carriage touring the area would go by. It was magical and one of the best vacations my family has ever had. We still talk about it and we made so many wonderful memories, we'll be sure to be back.
