We stayed here for only 1 night last week and had such a wonderful time. We hated to leave! The hotel is beautiful, the staff was very helpful and we felt very comfortable. Thank you for making our first trip to New Orleans so wonderful! We will be back!

Had a wonderful stay this past weekend. Loved the hotel and decor; was very clean. The location was great being between Bourbon Street and the French Market. Missed having coffee in the room but appreciated it being complimentary in the lobby. Breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the pool/courtyard was fabulous; great food, lovely view, and wonderful service. Randall and Aryany at the front desk are awesome-awesome! They made us feel so welcome; both were so helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My wife and I stayed for three weeks in August and September 2015 at Le Richelieu on our 5th trip to New Orleans. It took us a while to find Le Richelieu but now that we have we kick ourselves for not finding it sooner. We are going back in October 2016. We come from Australia, love New Orleans and now will not stay anywhere else. Hotels are bricks and mortar and while the hotel itself is sublime with its furnishing and facilities staff is what makes the difference. All staff are brilliant - Pam and the front desk, service staff - everyone. Can't wait to see y'all.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Le Richelieu. The hotel was recommended to us by a local and we're grateful to him for his good advice! Our very reasonably priced room (for 2) had everything we needed – a comfortable king-size bed, a walk-in closet, refrigerator, nice-sized bathroom, TV, adjustable and quiet A/C, a nice sized desk with charging outlets for our tech gadgets and good wi-fi. The hotel is attractively decorated throughout. We enjoyed the pool and that the bar can be entered right from the pool area. Order a sazerac and relax! The staff is more than friendly and courteous - they’re extremely knowledgeable about New Orleans and its historic and cultural sites. AND, they have personalities – not the bland staff you’ll find at the cookie-cutter chain hotels. The location is perfect – right at the quiet end of the Quarter. The music district on Frenchman Street where you can find such places as DBA and Snug Harbor is just 3 short blocks away. (Don’t miss John Boutté at DBA on a Saturday night!) Royal Street is one block away and Bourbon Street is two. Jackson Square is a short walk down Chartres, the street where Le Richelieu is located. Parking, though a bit pricey, is right behind the hotel – not down the street like some places in New Orleans. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, we’ll be back whenever we visit Nola – why stay anywhere else?
